Doing this since 2015

Every mile accounted for,
before the auditor asks.

We turn your ELD data into complete, state-by-state mileage records for IFTA and IRP — automatically, every week. No paper forms, nothing for your drivers to fill in, and four years of history you can pull the moment somebody asks to see it.

IFTA miles you can hand to an auditor

If your trucks cross a state line, somebody eventually wants to see the miles behind the numbers you filed. Handwriting on a paper form is where that goes wrong. We read your ELD instead, and produce the record the audit asks for.

Digital IVMRs

Trip by trip, with every state line crossed and the distance in each jurisdiction. Generated from your ELD, not written down at a truck stop.

IFTA & IRP miles

State-by-state totals ready for your quarterly return and your apportioned registration, without anybody adding up a column.

A weekly email

Last week's miles arrive on their own. Nobody has to remember to run anything.

Four years of history

Pull any week, any truck, any time. Older than four years, ask and we will get it.

Any approved ELD

We pull directly from the provider you already use. No new devices, nothing to install in the truck.

Nothing for drivers to do

The single biggest source of bad mileage data is asking a driver to record it while working. So we don't.

Audit support

Didn't track your mileage? It can still be reconstructed.

An audit for a period nobody logged is the worst letter a carrier gets, and it is not the end of it. Send us the trips — truck, date, origin, destination, off your delivery receipts or settlements — and we will rebuild the mileage for any timeframe you need.

Facing an audit by a state or federal agency? Tell us what the agency has asked for and we will help you work through it.

What we need from you
The truck number
The date of each trip
Where it started
Where it finished

That is enough. We work out the route, the state crossings and the miles in each jurisdiction, and give you back the records with an audit trail.

For FedEx transportation providers

Your settlement, read line by line

If you run linehaul for FedEx Ground, the weekly settlement already holds everything about your business — what ran, what paid, what didn't. We read it and turn it into the things you would otherwise build in a spreadsheet at eleven at night.

IVMR

Everything in the first half of this page, plus the parts specific to running for FedEx.

MMR

Monthly maintenance records kept together and ready to show at a review.

Settlement Analyzer

Every week read and reconciled — what was paid, what the rate should have been, and where the two differ.

Payroll

Per mile, per cent of gross, flat rates, drop and hook, per diem, spot work, years of service. Whatever you actually promised, worked out to the cent.

Unpaid trips

Trips that ran and never paid, found by matching the settlement against the trips your trucks actually made.

Profit & loss

By truck, by route, by week. Where the money is made, and where it quietly is not.

Timecard

Driver hours from the same data the miles come from, so the two never disagree.

VEDR Coaching

Events linked to the driver who was behind the wheel, footage texted while it is fresh, and a record that stands up at monthly grading.

Marketplace

Buying, selling, or just wondering what it is worth

Route businesses change hands constantly and almost always through a broker who knows less about the numbers than you do. We already hold the settlements, so we can do this properly.

What are your routes worth?

Free, no account, and nobody is told you asked. Upload the settlements FedEx already sends you and get a real valuation — the range, the multiple, and a sentence for every reason it moved up or down.

Questions

The things people ask

If yours is not here, call or email — a person answers, seven days a week.

Ask us

An Individual Vehicle Mileage Report is a document that records the total miles driven by a specific vehicle over a given period, in every state jurisdiction it passed through. It is usually recorded by the driver, and it is the supporting documentation an auditor asks for to verify the mileage totals on your IFTA return. With an electronic logging device in the truck, we can generate complete and accurate IVMRs from that data instead.

Create an account and grant us access to your ELD. We handle the rest — there is no extra hardware and nothing for your drivers to do. We set everything up and tell you when your account is ready to review. From then on you get a weekly email with the miles logged the week before, and you can pull the reports from the website at any time.

Our digital IVMR relies on the data your truck's electronic logging device produces. Without it we cannot generate an accurate IVMR, so drivers would need to record their miles on a paper form. If they did not, we still have a way through: send us the trips from the settlements and we will reconstruct the missing miles for you.

No. There is nothing to bind you and you can cancel at any time with a phone call or an email. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to it.

We investigate it and put it right, whether the cause was a fault in the ELD unit, the data transfer, or something at our end.

Yes. Our VEDR coaching program has helped TSPs pass their KIs month after month, whether you are on LYTX or another vendor.

Yes. Tell us what the agency has asked for and we will help you work through it. Reconstructing miles for a period you did not track is the most common request, and it is one we handle regularly.
